Rail to Road Hub gives economic boost to Midlands
The Midlands has had an economic boost with the opening of the new Birmingham Intermodal Freight Terminal at Birch Coppice in North Warwickshire. 

EWS Introduces daily service between Southampton and Birmingham Intermodal Freight Terminal
RCL are pleased to announce that EWS have chosen BIFT as rail handling terminal for their new, daily midlands multi-user service which commenced on 11th September 2006.

Fastline Freight launches second service to Midlands:
Fastline Freight has extended its service with the addition of a new route between Thamesport and the Midlands, complementing its existing service to the North East.
